''EXT. OUTSIDE ISABAYA'S'' You stand under the awning near the door of Isabaya. The restaraunt wasn't the biggest or the busiest, it was ran by an old couple, a warm smiled woman greeting each and every visitor with a handshake. "Hi." A quiet voice said. Standing in front of you was Serenity, instead of his usual blue cloak he wore, he was wearing more summer clothes, a baby blue tee with beige pants and black sandals. His shoulder length black hair with blue streaks is pulled into a small ponytail. [[Oh, hey!]] [[Woah, you look amazing!]] [[You have casual clothes?]]

Serenity jumps, heat coming to his cheeks as he looks away, covering his mouth. "Shut up, before I dox you, idiot." Serenity turns back to you, glaring a little. "You're really weird, you know that? You see me for the first time outside of school, and now you're saying stuff like that? I really outta punch you." His voice is getting slightly higher pitched. "Let's just go in, okay?" Serenity jumped, glaring at you slightly, heat rushing to his cheeks. "Of course I have casual clothes!" He poked you in your chest with his finger. "What? After shaking hands with the owner, you are both seated in a booth, Serenity sits across from you, stealing glances but looking down at the menu when you make eye contact. He picks up the menu, holding it to block his face. [[ You're so nervous, you know that?]] [[ Relax. I don't bite. ]] [[ Are you.... okay? ]] [[ Put the menu down, I want to see your cute face. ]]

"I'm not nervous! I-I'm annoyed, yeah!" Serenity blurted out, lowering his menu. "I'm annoyed that I could be anywhere in the world, in my room watching Blackhat, or watching Frankie argue with Zyrkis, or studying.... but I'm here with you!" Serenity lowers the menu just enough to show his eyes staring directly at you. He then rolls them. "Quit being so flirty." His voice shaking. "I know you don't bite, stupid. Serenity holds the menu still obscuring your vision of him. "Of course I'm fine! I'm just trying to order you know..." Serenity's tone is exaggerated, his volume louder than he's been all night. Serenity's grip on the menu was so tight that the menu bent in his hands, his breath hitched. After a brief pause, he lowered the menu. "You're just trying to rile me up, aren't you?" An older woman approached their table, her hands folded together as she looked at the two of you with a warm smile. "Sorry to keep you waiting. Are you ready to order?" Isabaya's menu is filled with different type of foods, all slow grilled. The menu shows a Chicken Skewer, A whole grilled fish and sweet potatoes.... [[I'll have the sweet potato.]] [[ Can I have the grilled fish? ]] [[ Chicken Skewer sounds good to me. ]] [[ Oh, I'm not really hungry, sorry. ]]

The woman lets out a soft chuckle before walking away, writing down their orders on the notepad. Serenity turns to you. "You don't have to be so cheap. I'm paying for you, you know?" "You're always talking about those stupid burritos. I wanted ot make sure you had something good for once.... idiot." [[Skewer's here!]]

"I'll have the Chicken Skewer." Serenity replies. The woman nods as she writes down the orders, walking again with a nod. Serenity turns to you, a little smirk on his face. "A whole grilled fish, huh? You're really a pig." He snorts, giggling a little. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" "It's just so much food! If I ate like that, I'd gain so much weight..." Serenity looks over the menu. "I'll have one to please, ma'am." The woman nods, writing down the orders as she started walking away. Serenity's lips curve upward as he looks at you. "The Chicken Skewers are absolutely delicious! The food qualtiy is really noticeable since everything is slowly grilled..." "I can't help myself, I'm getting a little excited just thinking about it..." Serenity clears his throat, as fast as the smile came, it disappeared. The woman comes back, two plates on the table, both having three chicken skewers on them. The skewers are stacked high, the meat is still hot, the smell of seared meat and charcoal fills the area. You almost drool at the smell of the food. [[ Eat slowly. Your date is right across from you! ]] [[ Dig in. This food is too good to not devour! ]]

You take a bite of the food, chewing slowly, as you do, Serenity digs into his skewer, a loud bite, chewing as he takes another. You can tell he really likes this place.... You've never seen him be so open and feral, he's always had that stuck up vibe with you. It feels surreal to see him in such a different light. The sound of a snort snaps you out of it, you looked up and Serenity has a hand over his face, muffled laughter into his hand. "You should of seen your face!" Serenity snickered, gripping the table as he finally let the laughter out. "You went feral for a second!" [[Continue.]]

The woman comes back, two plates on the table, one having three chicken skewers on them and one having a large fish, cut into slices on the plate in front of you. The grilled fish filled the air with a sour, metallic smell mixed with the smell of charcoal. Even with the fish's sour smell, you feel a pang in your stomach, almost drooling... [[ Eat slowly. Your date is right across from you! ]] [[ Dig in. This food is too good to not devour! ]]

Serenity takes a break from eating. He leans back, rubbing his stomach. "That was so good. I love this place so much~" He then sits up. "You're from Kanto, right? This is probably your first time in Sinnoh. So I decided that coming here would be good. Food like this is a Veilstone specality." Serenity's mouth twitches, curving upward. "I hope the food was as good for you as it was me." [[....]]

You and Serenity step out of Isabaya's, the sun is setting as you both start walking back to South Veilstone. You're both walking slowly next to each other... Serenity slows a little stopping. [[ Hm? ]]

Out of everyone at the academy, I'm not really anything special. I mean, you've seen the files, right? I failed the application process twice. I'm only here because I kept hacking them." Serenity cheeks are even more red, it looks like the biggest weight was just taken off of his shoulders. A sigh of relief, but also mixed with excitement. "I...I can't believe it...." Serenity whispers. "Thank you for this, really. I'll go on another whenever you call me. Okay?" [[Keep walking.]]

Serenity looks away. "I... understand." He looks away, holding his arm as his lip quivers a bit. "Hopefully we can still be uh, um... friends, or something. Classmates. Cordial. Yeah." Serenity whispered. Before you can say another word, Serenity walked away, disappearing into his dorm... You and Serenity got back to the Veilstone Dorm and both said goodbye, heading back to your own dorm. Tonight, you and Serenity went on a date and you saw a different side of him. You even told him that you want to go on another date together in the future. Your heart flutters as you saw how happy that made him. As you drift off to sleep, you can't help but fel excited for the future with Serenity... You get back to your dorm and collapse onto the bed. Tonight, you and Serenity went on a date and you saw a different side of him. He asked if you wanted to go on another date, and you denied him. He didn't look happy about him, his lip quivering as if he was going to cry.... You start to drift off to sleep, exhaustion carrying you. Before you close your eyes, you see Serenity's tearful face in your head one last time.
